Recognized Environmental Condition (REC) associated with the property.
A Recognized Environmental Condition could originate on the subject property
or contamination could arrive on or under the site from a property up to
½ or more miles away. This is the reason that even low - risk property needs Environmental Assessment.

Standard Practice for Phase I Environmental Assessment and constitutes
