Personal Statement

It wasn’t so long ago that liberal arts education was both the gold standard and the foundation of what has become the education industry. The wisdom is that knowledge is its own reward, that education is a right and not a commodity, and in addition to learning things, the goal of education is to stimulate lifelong learning, critical thinking and problem solving. It’s about being exposed to travel and immersion in first-hand cultural experiences and schools of thought, and learning to learn and learning to think, and is prerequisite for every field of endeavor.

I have width and breadth of education and experience. In my experience I have found that my willingness to think inside and outside of various boxes at once has allowed me to overcome challenges and solve problems that initially appear to be unsolvable. My plan is always sharpening my skills and adding to my skill set. My goal is to for each assessment and report to be better than the one before.

For nationwide service on one or many properties, you can choose the biggest firm in the country with thousands of employees, and never talk to or exchange emails with the person who actually inspects and/or assesses your building(s) and property. I personally inspect and assess every building and property, everywhere in the U.S.A. and I’m always available by cellphone or email.
